This is an update of the LRB rules to NCE rules that I produced for my discord community and campaign. They are not perfect, but it is updated to NCE language. The only concern I have, at the moment, is a good revision for Double-Bladed Knife.
My playgroup on Tabletop Simulator has used the development of these rules for the past year until N17 released in about two to three campaigns with at least 4 total gangs in all.
Under "Additional Information" you can find a link to some of the development process!
