First of all a thanks to Rob Reiner and Nick Jakos who wrote experimental skill tables including dedicated tables for leaders and heavies. What I have done here is use that as a template, but updating everything I could to the most recent NCE.
There are also a couple of changes of my own, including one to combat master as well as a couple of other very minor changes.
My group are discussing Body Slam, Disarm and Hurl Opponent but at present we play NCE rules for them. It is a little messy but things in red I have either not finalised or have changed such that it is different from NCE or Reiner/Jakos V2.
